ISO Investor Friendly Real Estate Agent

Hey everyone. Wife and I are new to the area and would like to find a investor friendly real estate agent that can help us find and close on investment properties. We based out of Temple Texas area but open to properties in the continental US. 

For now would be residential, however in the future may be open to commercial opportunities.  We are primary focused on:

1. Snap Flips

2. Fix n Flips 

3. Rental Opportunities.
