Foreclosure auction at courthouse
I found a investment property on Auction???com. The live Auction will be held at a courthouse next Tuesday.
I had a attorney check to make sure there are no addition liens on the property through a title search.
If i win the bidding at let say $110,000 what other closing cost/ commissions should i be aware so I don't get caught off guard?
