looking for creative ways to find rental properties to buy
Hi, I work for a property management company and we are looking to grow our portfolio by buying rental buildings to manage ourselves. Looking to find good deals (like everyone else!) and I've found some response from sending handwritten letters. Does anyone have other avenues (other than cold calling or walking door to door) that can open the possibility of purchases?
