Investing in Detriot
I am looking for some feedback from anyone who has purchased in Detriot. I have done turnkeys in other states and I am looking to expand into the Detriot market. I also manage some SFR in my local market so I am not new to the game I just don't have any contacts in that market yet.
Let me know if you have a good property managment company, agent, or turnkey provider in the Detriot area. I am also open to hear about who I should aviod or if you think I should stay away from Detriot all together.
