You have come to the right place. There are many different kinds of Turnkey providers out there. Some who just use the word as a property they like on the MLS, and others who actually do Turnkey services. Also, they come in many different sizes. There are large ones who operate in multiple markets (the Wal-Marts of Turnkey) or there are smaller boutique firms. It just depends on what you like and what you are looking for.
