I have a lead on a 4 unit building with 3 bedrooms each. I was wondering if anyone knows what the market price would be for this type of property. It’s currently vacant

I’m in the market. 

Basically if you want over 10%ROI you should be at $35k for every $500 in rent you can get. Regenerate most of the properties in the area are generally over priced and need a lot of work. Lots of slum lords in the area which means you have to do a lot of rehab.
