Need some advice regarding the best option
Hello everyone I have a question,
I have 2 properties with no mortgages on them owned under a corporation. I would like to cash out these properties so I can have capital for further investments. What is my next step going forward? I am thinking about getting a commercial loan from banks, but are there any better options?
