Strictly doing Wholesale Deals.
If I am looking to do only wholesale deals at this time, my target area is hot right now...Why do I need a Dream Team assembled, I mean I know I need a buyers list, and to perhaps talk to a Title Co. I read more things and get more confused as I read them, not specifically on this site. My plan is to do some driving for dollars, and some postcard marketing. Thoughts....THANKS!!!
