Multi family hunt in Wichita!
I am looking for a small multi family in Wichita, KS. I currently have a duplex in south Wichita that is doing well, and I would love to expand. However, I'm looking for more opportunities beyond the MLS. I live in Loveland, CO so door knocking and driving for dollars isn't feasible. I was wondering if anyone knows wholesalers or other sources of getting leads? Would any Wichita investor like to connect? Thanks for your time and input!
