Where Do You Find Off-Market Philly Properties?

Hey all,

I was just curious to see where most of the Philadelphia investors on Bigger Pockets find their off-market deals. I know that there are endless sources of pocket listings, especially in the City of Brotherly Love. I think it would be beneficial to know your best source of off-market properties, not only for myself, but for other investors who may look at this post. Any feedback would be appreciated, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you all have to say.

Welcome to BP

Most of my best real estate finds have been at networking events I attend or hold.

The relationships are built there to bird dogs and they seem to be attracting more precise deals I like to buy.
