203k Renovation Loan
Hello guys,
Im in the process of making my first Real Estate purchase. With the help of an Investor friendly realtor I located a very nice duplex with a lot of potential. The property needs a good amount of repairs and I am seriously considering the 203k loan program. I am currently renting and i would love to gather the landlord experience with this property.
Anyone has any experience with the 203k renovation loan?
