Commercial lenders help !
Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well! I been trying to look for a commercial lender, but is currently having a hard time. I have excellent salaries, great credit score and great DTI, I was pre approved for more then the seeking amount of the commercial property. What can I do to overcome this? Does anyone have any suggestions others then hard money lenders?? ?
