Direct mail, finding leads, point of contact
looking for advice on how to find a point of contact for a property that some mone has passed away at. The home is in Louisville, KY. The guy lived alone, so it’s now vacant..... I assume it goes to NOK or has to go through probate.... but who do I contact to get ahold of the family or the person in charge of the property now.... I have already checked tax records and PVA
