Crack Roof Beam Found during Inspection
Hello,
I am currently buying a property in Murrieta CA. I had the home inspection done this passing Friday, and the inspector noted a cracked roof ridge beam in the attic. I have attached a picture below. This is my first real estate purchase. The Condo was built in 1973. Is this a huge issue? I would appreciate any advice on this.
