Any Success stories Buying multi-family from Auctions?
Hi BF Friends,
What are your thoughts about starting off in Auctions? I'm looking at a 4plex that's vacant and needs a ton of work. Is it possible to finance these deals through banks or would it have to be private lenders? Any feedback would be great. Thank you!
