Good investment or Not?
I was offered to buy 2 multi family properties a 4 unit & 3 unit directly across the street from each other from a investor who wants to retire his asking price is $99,500. His gross monthly income from both units is $7000 monthly he says his cash flow is $1000 a month which I thought was kind of low looking for advice whether to jump on this deal or pass?
