Turnkey Real Estate Newbie

Looking to get into Turnkey as a way to begin buying out of state sfr.  It seems like the barrier to entry in Turnkey is fairly high. I've only approached two companies but they wanted cash buyers and weren't interested in financing.  Is this normal with all turnkey real estate companies?

NO some do and some are fine with financing..

you may want to pop on roofstock and see what they have listed..

right now though you are competing with cash buyers so everything being equal sellers will take cash over the pain and brain drain of dealing with lenders..
