what to do about a shared driveway
We are dividing a farm between siblings. The driveway is the only access to the house and the farm. Can the driveway legaly belong to both? Or does one have to own it and then grant the other a right of way? If so, how do we determine which one owns the driveway? Are there any other issues we should be concerned about?
