Methods for Viewing Real Estate from a Distance

I am evaluating properties in the U.S. while living overseas and that makes it really impossible to view the properties in person. What are your favourite ways and what methods/apps have worked best for you to get a close look at the property from afar?

A good investor-minded real estate agent is key. I searched these forums and looked around a lot before I found the one I am currently working with in the city I chose to invest in.

The agent you find will be invaluable by sending videos, giving recommendations, and helping you through the whole process.

Good luck out there!
