vacation rental property maintenance company fails
I'm Getting a great lesson on vacation property management while im on vacation. I have had to deal with 3 managers and one maintenance guy about how horrible the condition of this property is. Just to be told by all of them that they don't own it they just handle the day to day operations. They have misrepresented this property and it's condition so badly and I'm being told there is nothing they can do about it the owner doesn't want to put any money into fixing it. I would never let this company handle any of my properties. Just a rant.
