Military orders! Forced to move and sell home! Help!

I am in the Air Force and I am stationed in Tucson, AZ. I just got orders to re-train and relocate. We bought our house for 165k in November of 2016 and now we are being forced to sell and move away. We are not wanting to rent the house out because it won’t cash flow. We listed it a few days ago and already have 3 full price offers at 185k. They even are going to pay for closing cost and home warranty. When we close we will end up with about a bit over 5k profit on the house. What kind of taxes and or exemptions will apply in my situation?! I haven’t found anything for this situation yet.
