Part Time Agent while working full time job

Hello, 

I am trying to decide if I should be come a part time agent or not. Would it be possible to do this and work a full time job? I also would like to buy my second property and rent out my first property. 

I currently have my real estate license but it is inactive right now. 

Would love to hear peoples advice, opinions, and experiences.
