Need Help! Addendum to Change Name

This is my first wholesale deal. I opened escrow on a home using my name on the contract and in between opening and now I’ve established an LLC. To avoid some taxes I asked the escrow agent if I could change my name in the contract to my LLC and she’s tell me I need an addendum. I’m not sure how simple or how intricate it should be, I’m not even sure what it looks like. Any examples or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Take escrow advice from an escrow agent.  Take tax advice from a CPA/EA.

@Wayne Brooks is correct - using an LLC gains you no tax advantage. LLC's are intended for liability protection, not tax savings.
