How can I get a CMA without relying on agent?

Hello,

When I am analyzing a deal it is helpful to have a CMA to get data on the ARV. I am not an agent. How can I get access to this kind of information without relying on an agent. I would like to be able to run the numbers myself to expedite the review process.

Are there any apps or subscription services that y'all would recommend?
