Hey guys,

Long time listener and finally moving forward by making some offers on some properties.

Could I ask two questions? Only because I am in a weird town... El Paso, Tx.

1. Would you purchase in place that the market does not really move up or down? (2008 didn't even affect this city... woah)

2. Would you purchase in a historical district?
