Down payment assistance in Orange County FL
I was hoping maybe someone could assist me as I haven’t been able to find a clear answer online. I was hoping to use a down payment assistance/ grant to help me get started with my first home purchase. My plan is to use that money for the down payment/ closing costs and use savings that I would have used for that to pay for rehab costs and ideally speed up the process for the down payment on my second home and turn my first one into a rental. My concern is whether or not I am able to rent out a home after living in it for 2 years if I used the down payment assistance/ grant? Does anyone have any experience with this?
