Nashville Family,

I am currently working on a deal that I would like to reach out to some local lenders in the Nashville area for funding. I have never used anyone in Nashville, so who would you recommend I talk to. The deal I'm working will be north of $2.1 million. Who is an all-star lender/mortgage broker?
