Hard Money Lenders in the Chicagoland area
I just started my LLC in Real Estate. My personal credit score is over 720 and I'm trying to find hard money lenders that can fund the buying and the rehab work of some properties. To give you some information, I am trying to do this work in Chicago. Who are the best Hard Money lenders? Will I be approve for a loan to buy a house plus the rehab work if my credit score is good but I dont have a lot of money in savings?
