IF AN PROPERTY IS LAND LOCKED WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT

I purchased a Tax Deed and found out that the property is land locked and had an error in the parcels and folios and deed years ago.

But when  I called the  Clerk office they said there is nothing that they can do about it.

Please help if you have some suggestions.

Or buy an easement from a neighbor.  

Likely the reason why you got this off of a tax deed is that the prior owners determined they couldn't do anything with the land either and quit paying the taxes rather than throwing good money after bad.
