Investing in Cleveland
I've been coming across many beat up homes in the Cleveland area ranging from $7,000-$30,000 , I heard the Cleveland area is VERY hot right now. What are your guys take on these? Is it worth it to pay all cash for these homes and rehab them and put them back on the market? Or renovate and rent them out for great cash flow?
What are your strategies you would take on these properties.
