When is the best time of day to go?

I have made attempts to go the courthouse to look up eviction notices. The courthouse is always so crowded that there is not even a place to park. When is the best time of day to get to the courthouse? It's like I would be wasting gas just circling around the courthouse trying to find a spot.

Totally serious here. If you can't figure out how to park and walk to the courthouse after multiple attempts, I think real estate may not be not your cup of tea. This business, regardless of what people pitch to you, requires a ton of effort and contacting landlords/property managers evicting tenants (which is what I assume you are trying to do) is a tough path for someone paying attention to the gas in their gas tank.
