Cash Buyer Requirements
When it comes to wholesaling, what sort of criteria are cash buyers looking for? I'm told to build a cash buyers list first, and to see what it is that they're looking for before I even begin to look for deals. I've analyzed many a deal already, and am stuck in "analysis paralysis." So, I thought I'd ask the question to help me hone in on specifics. Thanks in advance for your response(s).
