Looking For Real Estate Advice in Dallas Fort Worth
Hi! Im new to real estate and Im looking to get started in real estate investing and I am looking for someone to help me out in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I currently have a house that I can either Sell, and get out around $90,000, I owe $90,000 and its worth $180,000, or Rent and keep with a payment of only $1000 and minimum rent of $1500, and Im looking for advice on what the best path would be for me to get started. Im looking to get going on something pretty soon and would like to find someone in the area that can help me make the right decisions and avoid any mistakes.
