House Hacking in Northern Virginia and DC?

My name is Ryan. I’m a new investor in Northern Virginia specifically in Arlington/DC area. I’m probably going to buy a house when I officially move here in a year. Is house hacking viable in the area? If so, in which neighborhoods. Would also be
interested in a price. I don’t have a concrete budget as of now.
