long distance real estate investment
Hello everyone,
My name is Alejandro I reside in North Jersey. I am new to bigger pockets and I been contemplating to invest in rentals or flipping houses in Columbus Ohio. My brother lives in Dublin and he tells me really good things about how the city is growing and properties are gaining value. I do not have any experience I am a full-time X-ray tech and I have to admit I feel a little overwhelm investing in a city I do not live in. If anyone had any experience in investing in long-distance properties I will appreciate some advice and also some books that will help me learn more.
