Direct Mailing - Large Landowners in County
Hey Everyone,
I've developed a list of the largest owners of residential holdings in the counties I'm working in. I have not done any type of direct mail marketing yet but have spent to morning researching how do run such a campaign. The objective of the campaign is to purchase buy and hold packages of single family or small/medium multifamily properties from these owners. Ideally, we'd like to achieve owner financing for the purchases but also have the possibility to get commercial financing.
I find myself with a small but highly targeted list - owners of more than 10 residential properties - their motivation to sell is a huge unknown for me. The problems they may or may not have - that I could help them solve are also unknown to me.
How would you market to this highly targeted list in order to achieve the best results?
