Wholesaler/Hard Money Conundrum
I am looking at a property through a wholesaler. I’ve been provided pictures, repair estimates, ARV, etc. The wholesaler won’t give me the address without POF, but I can’t my my hard money guy to give me POF without an address. What would you do? I’m thinking of walking away from this one. Thanks in advance.
