AZ Rental friendly Bank for HELOAN

Any recommendations on Banks offering HELOAN on SF Rental in Arizona? COntacted a local Credit Union but they only offer it if it's your primary residence.

Need the loan for repairs. Doesn't have to be an AZ Bank.
