Hello

I purchased a peace of land in Bedford, TX and am going to get in to contract to start a new construction of a Single Family Residential 4/3 . Since its my first i was hoping someone can help me with a sample contract that they have which show what the format should look like and what points should be covered. Anything i should watch out for please post here. Thanks
