What is the Optimal Down Payment - More or Less?

Hello,

I am wondering what the best strategy is for putting the optimal amount of money down on a single family home with the intent to perform light rehab to buy and hold. Obviously more money down would mean a lower mortgage amount, but at the same time less money down leads to a higher CoC return. Thanks!
