I am looking to purchase the first 5 or 6plex in KC based on the BP forums and growing economy in this market place. I currently flip in Dallas/ Ft Worth but want to start building a strong rental portfolio of multi family. Is there any one who has a realtor they would recommend that they currently use and also a strong property management company in the area? Thank you
