Kyle Anderson
Posted
Coming into some funds and wanted to do the right thing. I’m in Southern California and want to buy a home as well as start getting into being a landlord. Any advice?

@Kyle Anderson

Do you want to house hack? do you want to find a small multifamily? Or do you want to buy a home and a separate investment that allows you to be a landlord?

As for being a landlord, knowing what kind of investor you want to be can help dictate how/ where you want to invest.

Do you want to be an active or passive investor? Do you have time to manage everything yourself or do you want someone else to do it for you? do you want it to be within a certain distance?

There are a lot of questions to go through, but this can be some to start to think about, but this conversation can keep going
