Advice on a house (Newbie)
I have found a house that is going for 68,000. It is not in the best of shape but it is 6 bed and 2 bath 1,900 sqft. It is in a good location close to a university. Does this sound like a good deal? From my little experience if it was fixed up with 10,000-20,000 it could be turned into a nice property. Please let me know what you think.
