Interested in Penn Market
Just starting to look out of state for real estate investing. I wanted to see if anyone had any experience in the areas of Mount Poccono, Tannersville, and Stroudsburg.
Any feedback on the market would be great. For my purposes, I'm looking for properties for fix and flips and possibly multifamilies.
