Help please Refi and sale question ?
Good afternoon guys I have a question about doing a refi. My question is if I do a refi on my house can I sale? I have a lot of equity in my home and I’m thinking about moving but I want to invest. So my plan is to refi my home then sale it get a new home with my VA and us the refi Money to invest and the money from the sale of my home (if any) as down payment. Is this a workable plan? Is it a smart plan? Please help! I want to move
