I have been watching a forclosure property that is listed for 28K and on the tax roll for 70K for a couple weeks. its in a good neighborhood with lots of growth potential. i would like advice on my next move. thanks in advance,

Make sure your value is for real, determined from recent sold comps (and not just the taxed value).
