First Time Home Buyer!
I am currently looking to purchase my first home. I am interested in buying a duplex so I can start house hacking. I would prefer to try to do an owner finance deal. Any suggestions on how I would contact the owner to see if he would even be willing to consider the option of owner financing? Do I ask the listing agent if the owner would consider the option?
