Looking for recommendations for mortgage brokers/lenders in Indianapolis. Looking at buying a 60K Duplex. Has anyone worked with someone they enjoyed or have any recommendations?

I've used BOE in the past - but not sure they will go as low as your 60k number.

I am an out of state investor that invests in Indiana and was looking for a Lender in the Indianapolis area.
