Hope everyone is having a good start to the week. My wife and I are quickly approaching 2019 and our start to investing. We both have spent the last few months reading and listening to audio books and know that investing anywhere in NY isn’t practical for us. We are looking into the Chattanooga TN market as we loved our visit there. We were wondering if anyone has any experience with the property management company “Rock Point Realestate”.
