Member Control Docs? LLC

Hello, I am a single member LLC. The bank I was applying to knows that I am a single member, but still would like a member control agreement. Does anyone know where I could get this agreement? Thank you.

Google "Operating Agreement" and you should get a few decent word doc examples you can turn into a working doc for the bank. I would suggest if you really want to detail everything out, work with a local attorney to create a detailed operating agreement. If you are just starting out, you will need to show an operating agreement to some title companies, and agents, so it would be good to at least get a working doc put together.
